Tabitha believes everyone carries a remarkable capacity for healing. Her role isn’t to fix people, but to help them reconnect with their own inner wisdom and strength. She draws on parts work, attachment-based approaches, and trauma-informed care to help make sense of the patterns we carry and create space for new ways of being.
Though healing can be challenging, it can also hold moments of joy, laughter, curiosity, and surprise. Tabitha loves delighting in her clients: getting to know who they are, celebrating their discoveries, and having fun together along the way. She brings warmth, openness, and a deep respect for the ways we have learned to survive.
Tabitha works with survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) and those navigating the impacts of religious trauma, offering a compassionate space to explore their experiences and reconnect with themselves. She also brings lived experience with grief and is comfortable sitting alongside the pain, complexity, anger, and uncertainty it can bring.
